Supporting Local Education Ensures a Thriving Local Community

Initiated seven years ago by an entirely volunteer group of local community members to avoid high education costs and permanently losing a local school option, the Expeditionary School at Black River is currently in its fifth year of operations as an affordable, authentic, and available opportunity to all! A tremendous amount of credit goes to supporters who understood this vision and have donated their time, money, and resources to help see this through. Giving Tuesday is the perfect junction to continue this momentum and/or join the cause. All funding goes directly to the school, benefacting the students immediately. Providing a strong local school option is an investment in this community and allows it to thrive, offering a special experience for residents and visitors alike.
